About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Electrical Installation Specialist to join our team at CV Library. As a key member of our electrical engineering team, you will be responsible for the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of critical power equipment, including generators, control systems, and fuel tanks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Carry out full electrical installations and commissioning on a wide variety of critical power equipment, including generators, control systems, and fuel tanks.
  • Conduct site surveys for accurate quoting and installation planning.
  • Install and configure connectivity options via telemetry, BMS, and associated devices.
  • Supervise electrical installation teams and electrical installs.
  • Complete installation, commissioning, SAT, FAT, and customer training of installations, control systems, and machinery.
Requirements
  • Experience of electrical installation, fault diagnostics, and maintenance of generators, control systems, fuel tanks, and associated electrical/mechanical critical power equipment is advantageous.
  • Electrical engineering qualifications (NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds or similar, BS7671 18th Edition, Inspection and test, ECS gold card) would be beneficial.
  • Experience as an Installation Engineer, Electrical Engineer, Service Engineer, Generator Engineer, Field Service Engineer, Service Supervisor within generators or control systems.
  • Hands-on electrical and/or mechanical engineering. Full product training provided.
  • Full UK driving license.
  • Willingness to learn and progress with a reputable company.
  • Flexible for Overtime/part of the on-call rota.
