Serving 4,200 students and employing 600 staff across nine educational facilities in both rural and suburban settings, Canby is ideally positioned to provide both community and opportunity.

We are currently seeking a secondary mathematics educator for the upcoming academic year. This is a full-time, permanent role that necessitates a non-provisional Oregon teaching license with an endorsement in Advanced Mathematics.

We are excited to offer a one-time signing bonus of $3,500 to newly licensed hires who are bilingual in English and Spanish.

  • National Board Certification: $1,000
  • Doctorate Degree: $1,000
  • Monthly district contribution of $1,504 for medical, dental, and vision insurance
  • Pooled licensed insurance funds, potentially reducing or eliminating out-of-pocket expenses
  • Monthly stipend for individuals opting out of coverage
  • Option to enroll in a high-deductible HSA-eligible plan; district contributions will be made to your HSA from your monthly contribution
  • 10 paid sick days annually
  • 5 paid personal days each year, with the option to payout for up to three unused days
  • Minimum of 70 minutes of daily protected preparation time
  • Compensation at per diem for lost prep time due to student meetings
  • Flexibility to work remotely on grading days and non-student workdays
  • Up to 12 quarter credits available at the Portland State University rate
  • Participation in a wellness program is encouraged
