Key Responsibilities:
- To ensure applicants are registered in a thorough professional manner as set out by the company.
- Organise viewings of properties with potential buyers, building rapport before, during, and after the appointment.
- Introduce applicants to recommended solicitors and associated financial services.
- Negotiate with potential buyers to ensure the vendor's interests are best served.
- Keep clients informed about the status of their sale.
- Expedite and communicate throughout the sales process.
- Facilitate the completion of the sale with a smooth handover of the property.
