Job Title: Quality Assurance Specialist

Job Type: Permanent

Rate: Dependent on Experience

Shift: Late shift – Monday to Wednesday 16:30pm - 02:30am, Thursday 16:30pm - 01:30am

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct visual and dimensional inspections using verniers, callipers, micrometres, gauges, and projectors.
  • Operate CMM inspection machines (training will be provided).
  • Support the internal non-conformance process.
  • Liaise closely with the engineering department to ensure the smooth transition of NPI.

Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications:

  • Experience inspecting parts to tight tolerances with dimensional measurement tools (verniers, micrometres, gauges etc).
  • Well-versed using shadowgraphs, optical projectors/measurement machines, computerised inspection systems, 3D scanners, or CMM Machines.
