We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Trainee Negotiator. As a Trainee Negotiator, you will play a key role in matching ideal tenants to each property, working to achieve KPIs, and developing strong relationships with clients and 3rd parties.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Matching tenants to properties
  • Working to achieve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Diary management
  • Negotiating and completing lets
  • Negotiating offers and agreeing sales
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients and 3rd parties
Requirements:
  • Experience within the Property industry preferred, but not essential. Otherwise, experience from within a sales or customer service environment is required.
  • Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Organised and reliable
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Ability to swiftly build rapport
  • Team player and personable
What We Offer:
  • Up to £22,000 basic salary
  • Up to £28,000 OTE
