About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Advisor. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to internal and external clients, working closely with depot operations to resolve queries, and utilizing our in-house CRM systems to implement long-term solutions to customer issues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide first-class customer service to clients, responding to queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work closely with depot operations to problem-solve queries and ensure seamless communication with clients.
  • Utilize our in-house CRM systems to implement long-term solutions to customer issues and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Meet daily targets and deadlines, working efficiently to achieve high-quality results.
Requirements
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
  • Computer confidence, with experience using Microsoft Office Suite and Excel.
  • Drive and ability to meet daily targets and deadlines, with a strong work ethic and enthusiasm for the role.
  • Experience in customer service, preferably in a face-to-face and office-based environment.
