**Job Summary**
A. Kahn Design Ltd is seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the timely delivery of automotive parts into stock while interacting with various departments on engineering, production, and planning.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Generate weekly stock usage reports and perform monthly reporting activities.
- Utilize supply chain tools and systems, including Zoho, to optimize logistics and inventory management.
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors, including those overseas, to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
- SOURCE NEW SUPPLIERS AND PRODUCTS TO MEET BUSINESS NEEDS.
- Assist the R&D team in ordering and bringing new products into stock, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.
- Manage new product introductions at the system level, ensuring accurate inventory management and stock control.
- Arrange sea shipments with chosen logistics suppliers, processing shipping documents and delivery notes in a timely manner.
- Process purchase orders, book stock into inventory, and maintain accurate records.
- Communicate with other departments to provide information on stock arrival schedules and new product introductions.
- Assemble monthly accrual calculations of freight and warehousing expenditure, ensuring accurate financial reporting.
- Maintain in-house records accurately, ensuring data integrity and compliance.
- Coordinate with support functions to resolve any open accounts or stock-related issues.
- Produce progress reports and custom reports as required, providing data-driven insights to inform business decisions.
- Regularly reconcile system stock with warehouse stock, identifying and addressing any discrepancies.
- Analyze data and report on trends to inform business strategy and optimize supply chain operations.
**Requirements**
- 2+ years of experience in supply chain management, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Proven track record of managing logistics and inventory, with a focus on efficiency and cost savings.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and drive business decisions.
- Proficiency in supply chain tools and systems, including Zoho.
