Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Employee Relations Advisor to join our HR team at Churchill Group, supporting wider management across the business on complex ER cases.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive advice on employee relations cases, including absence management, redundancies, disciplinaries, and grievances.
- Support and guide employees and managers across the UK regarding Employee Relations processes.
- Ensure HR policies and procedures are met, and sound employee relations are facilitated and promoted.
- Support the Head of HR on completion of ET3 forms and production of Employment Tribunal Bundles.
- Produce confidential monthly statistical reports on ER cases, tribunals, compromise agreements, sickness, and employee turnover, highlighting any drastic negative or positive movement to the Head of HR.
- Undertake ad-hoc projects as and when required.
Requirements:
- Experience within the private sector with a strong commercial awareness.
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship building skills.
