About the Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Consulting Director to join our Financial Services practice at Mesh-AI Limited. As a Consulting Director, you will be responsible for leading strategic engagements with clients, co-creating the strategy and GTM for the practice, and shaping Mesh-AI's business in the sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and oversee advisory, engineering, and software development engagements for a portfolio of clients.
  • Work closely with Client Directors to engage with senior stakeholders at clients, understand their needs, and propose valuable outcomes.
  • Form and lead successful delivery teams, including selecting consultants to join accounts and providing engagement leadership.
  • Cultivate client relationships and ensure success through delivery and growth of the account.

Requirements:

  • Experience within Financial Services, ideally with a focus on one of the verticals such as Insurance, Banking, Payments, or Capital Markets.
  • Past or current experience in delivery leadership with a focus on enterprise transformation.
  • Previous experience in business case creation, either within consulting or in-house.
  • Experience in mapping business pain to technology solutions and operating model changes with a focus on data, analytics, AI, and ML.
  • Deep understanding of modern data architectures, governance approaches, and ways of working.
