Job Title: IT Transformation Director

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced IT Transformation Director to lead our Corporate IT team and drive the transformation of our Service Desk at Oliver Bernard. As a senior manager, you will be responsible for managing the IT and Network team and restructuring the Service Desk into a best-of-breed 1st and 2nd line support team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Transform and restructure the Service Desk into a best-of-breed 1st and 2nd line support team
  • Implement Tier 1 and Tier 2 structures and deliver best practices
  • Manage the IT and Network team
  • Foster a culture of excellence, continuous improvement, and trust
  • Improve incident resolution processes

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of transforming Service Desk teams
  • Excellent experience of IT management and ITIL
  • Experience in restructuring and building IT Support teams
  • Excellent understanding of IT service management
  • Proven track record of managing incident resolution and improving processes
