About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced PMO Oversight & Coordination Lead to join our team at Aviva. As a key member of our Operations Change team, you will play a critical role in supporting the transformation of performance within our Customer Service teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain standardized project management processes (PMO Change Framework)
  • Embed standardization across the UKL Ops Change team; processes, methods, tools while always adopting and developing best practices
  • Provide exceptional resource management, prioritization, impact assessment, financial, and outcome tracking
  • Collaborate and communicate with stakeholders to ensure objectives are clear and achieved
  • Scope, develop, test, review, and adapt approach
  • Provide confidence and trust to our senior stakeholders
  • Enhance, encourage, and drive positive changes to Team Culture
Requirements
  • Experience/Understanding of Change Delivery in a complex business environment
  • Strong commercial awareness and analytical skills
  • Ability to manage ambiguity and navigate through complex problems
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills both internally and externally with the ability to challenge and influence
  • Ability to identify and communicate risks and develop sufficient mechanisms to mitigate

  • Starting salary circa £45,000 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)
