We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Group Facilitator to join our team at Herts Mind Network. As a key member of our Digital Intervention Service, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality online group interventions to support the mental health and wellbeing of children and young people.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver online group interventions to promote resilience and coping strategies in children and young people.
  • Work collaboratively with our team to ensure the effective delivery of our Digital Intervention Service.
  • Provide support and guidance to parents and carers to help them better understand and address the mental health needs of their children.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of our service's objectives, including reducing waiting times for specialist provision and increasing access to evidence-based mental health interventions.
Requirements
  • Experience of working with children and young people in a mental health or wellbeing setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with children, young people, and their families.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and contribute to the development of our service.
  • Knowledge of mental health and wellbeing principles, with a focus on early intervention and prevention.
