We are seeking an Employment Adviser to provide intensive support to individuals who have recently fallen out of employment. Your mission is to help them secure alternative work swiftly and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

* Reach out to employers, organize job clubs, and update CVs for participants.
* Combine sales acumen with a caring approach to find suitable and sustainable employment solutions.
* Embody ethical practices and thrive on meeting targets.
* Work well under pressure and maintain administrative excellence.

Requirements:

* Have access to a vehicle or public transport and be able to drive. Fuel costs will be reimbursed from a base location.
* Be prepared for a fast-paced and varied work environment with travel involved.
