Main Responsibilities:
As a key player in our team, you will be tasked with:
- Managing and overseeing structured credit investments, including Asset-Backed Securities (ABS) and Collateralized Loan Obligations (CLOs).
- Conducting in-depth analysis to assess the relative value of structured credit instruments against broader fixed income products.
- Monitoring and evaluating ABS and CLO investments to ensure optimal performance.
- Developing models and conducting analyses of ABS and CLO structures.
- Formulating investment recommendations based on insights from both Primary and Secondary markets.
- Reviewing legal documentation and trustee reports to ensure compliance and accuracy.
- Leading fundamental and risk assessments, focusing on underlying loans and the European leveraged loan market.
- Evaluating ABS collateral and the consumer credit landscape.
- Staying informed on rating agency methodologies and developments to keep the team updated.
- Providing thought leadership on ESG considerations within structured credit.
Regulatory Responsibilities:
Uphold a culture that reflects compliance with regulatory obligations and ethical standards, ensuring all responsibilities as a Certified person are met.
Experience Required:
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Experience from a banking environment, preferably complemented by a background in asset management.
- Proficiency in conducting credit analysis of structured credit transactions, including assessments of originators, managers, collateral, and documentation.
- Capability to integrate ESG and sustainability factors into investment analysis.
- Exceptional analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and precision.

The successful candidate will demonstrate:
- A solid command of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- The ability to foster and maintain constructive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- A proven track record in managing structured credit investments and a solid understanding of the comparative value of structured credit instruments.
