Job Description

As a leading recruitment agency, MRJ Recruitment is seeking a skilled Mid-Level Full-Stack Web Developer to join our team and contribute to the success of our clients. Our client is a digital product development company that creates innovative solutions for various businesses.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in PHP development, with expertise in Laravel frameworks, and experience with frontend technologies such as Vue and Tailwind CSS. They will be responsible for building software solutions, collaborating with teams, and innovating new technologies and improvements for current projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Translate client ideas into reality by building software solutions.
  • Collaborate with teams to ensure projects align with business goals and SEO best practices.
  • Innovate and propose new technologies and improvements for current projects.
  • Manage projects independently or as part of larger teams.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of commercial experience in the industry, ideally within a fast-paced agency environment.
  • Strong proficiency in PHP development, with expertise in Laravel frameworks.
  • In-depth understanding of frontend technologies such as Vue and Tailwind CSS.
  • Experience with modern development workflows utilising tools like Webpack and Vite.
  • Ability to translate designs into responsive, component-based frontend solutions.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Solid working knowledge of Git.
  • Familiarity with cloud architecture and scalable development, preferably with AWS experience.
  • A self-motivated and results-oriented mindset.
  • Proficiency in at least one CMS (Drupal, Statamic, or WordPress).
  • Knowledge of additional frontend frameworks like React.
  • Understanding of SEO principles and best practices.
  • Familiarity with Core Web Vitals and page experience optimisation.
  • Experience in mobile app development (desirable).
  • Ability to integrate with enterprise systems (e.g., Netsuite, Dynamics) and CRMs (e.g., HubSpot).
  • Experience writing unit or feature tests (desirable).
