Key Responsibilities:- Lead the Night Team: Supervise and motivate a team of night staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
- Guest Service: Handle guest concerns, resolve issues, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Incident Management: Deal with incidents arising during the night shift, report and escalate as necessary.
- Reporting and Administration: Prepare night audit reports and maintain accurate records.
- Team Development: Supervise and lead the team in all departments, ensuring they are engaged and supported to achieve their goals.
- Health and Safety: Ensure all Company health and safety requirements are met, and the team is aware of their obligations.
- Previous Experience: Previous hotel reception experience is essential.
- Operational Knowledge: Operational knowledge of night audit/hotel reception procedures and working knowledge of Opera Cloud.
- Communication Skills: Effective communication skills, with the ability to work well under pressure and maintain positive relationships.
- Leadership Skills: A leader who is passionate about engaging, inspiring, and developing their team.
- Flexibility: Must be flexible to work weekends, bank holidays, and night shifts.
