HR Advisor

We are seeking a skilled HR Advisor to join our growing People team at Tenpin. As an HR Advisor, you will play a key role in providing guidance on employment-related matters, ensuring alignment with company policies, legislation, and best practices.
The successful candidate will have experience with complex Employee Relations cases, including Tribunal stage, and be able to coach and influence managers and senior management. Strong commercial approach and business understanding are essential, as well as excellent time management and organizational skills.
As a member of our People team, you will be responsible for building effective relationships with sites to promote strong employee relations and advising on proactive measures based on emerging employment trends. Adaptability, resilience, and initiative are crucial, alongside a commitment to exceptional customer service.
