Position: Associate – Real Estate (4+ years PQE)

Salary: £52,000 – £65,000 (dependent on experience)

LR Legal Recruitment is representing a prestigious, full-service law firm recognized for its excellence in the Thames Valley and West London regions.

We are seeking a skilled real estate solicitor with a minimum of 4 years of post-qualification experience to enhance our client's reputable team. This department has recently expanded due to a successful merger, and it is led by partners who are highly regarded in their specialties.

Key Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will deliver exceptional legal services across various facets of commercial property, including:

  • Negotiating contracts for land transactions.
  • Conducting title investigations, pinpointing critical issues, and preparing comprehensive reports for clients.
  • Supporting development projects, including site assembly, development agreements, and planning documentation.
  • Drafting and negotiating lease agreements and related documents.
  • Creating and negotiating conditional and option agreements.
  • Assisting with secured lending transactions.

Candidate Profile:

  • Qualified Solicitor with 4+ years of relevant experience.
  • Strong academic background, ideally with a minimum 2:1 degree.
  • Proficient technical skills and a solid foundation in real estate law.
  • A genuine enthusiasm for the real estate sector.
  • Demonstrated ability to cultivate business opportunities and experience in marketing legal expertise.
