About the Role

You will have a mix of technical skills with a commercial mind – and above all be a great leader. As Head of Commercial Digital, you'll be responsible for the recommendations we make to our underwriters on our risk modelling, our market pricing, and ultimately the street price the customer sees – the outcomes of this role have the highest impact on our commercial and customer performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement commercial digital strategies to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Lead a team of digital experts to deliver high-impact projects and initiatives.
  • Collaborate with underwriters to develop risk models and market pricing strategies.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of digital initiatives.
What We're Looking For
  • Commercial awareness and an understanding of what makes a successful and profitable business.
  • Past or current programming language skill (This could be R, Python, SQL, Radar or any other coding-based programme – provided there is a willingness to learn).
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
