  6. Technical Leadership: Contribute as a Technical Team Lead by mentoring others, leading sprint planning, delegating work and assignments to team members, and participating in project planning.

Requirements:

  1. Industry Experience: 15+ years of experience building and supporting large-scale distributed systems.
  2. Multi-Year Vision: Comfortable working towards a multi-year vision with incremental deliverables.
  3. Customer Value: Motivated by delivering customer value and impact.
  4. Algorithms and Data Structures: Strong foundation in algorithms and data structures and their real-world use cases.
  5. Company Initiatives: Experience driving company initiatives towards customer satisfaction.
  6. Education: BS/MS/PhD in Computer Science or related majors, or equivalent experience.
