Job Title: Southampton Store Crew

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Store Crew member in our Southampton store. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining a high level of product knowledge, and contributing to a positive and inclusive store environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience for all customers
  • Process sales, orders, and refunds efficiently and accurately
  • Process deliveries and maintain a high level of stock replenishment
  • Contribute to a clean and organized store environment, adhering to health and safety standards
  • Stay up-to-date with company activity and promotions, supporting floor moves and sales initiatives
  • Adhere to FatFace policies and procedures, ensuring GDPR compliance
Requirements:
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Positive can-do attitude and ability to work in a high-pressure environment
  • Confidence in taking the initiative and working under own direction
  • Team player with great time management skills
