We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Trusts and Tax Professional to join our Private Client team at Howells Consulting Ltd. This team advises a diverse and impressive client base of high net worth individuals and families.
The ideal candidate will work closely with experienced directors and partners, providing holistic tax and trusts planning advice to our clients.
The role will involve overseeing a portfolio of offshore and onshore trusts, including reviewing and preparing complex trust accounts and tax returns, undertaking trust implementation, structuring, and cessation projects, and advising on related personal tax issues.
The Senior Trusts and Tax Professional will also be responsible for managing third-party relationships and liaising with beneficiaries.
Additionally, the role will involve undertaking personal tax compliance and ad hoc planning advice for high net worth individuals and their families.
This is a client-facing role that requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work in a hybrid environment, with a balance of remote and in-office work.
