Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Leader to join our team as an Assistant Manager at 360 Resourcing. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for supporting the General Manager in leading and inspiring your team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the General Manager in the day-to-day operations of the store, including managing sales teams and driving sales growth.
- Provide cover in the General Manager's absence, ensuring the smooth running of the store and maintaining high levels of customer service.
- Embrace and promote our company's unique selling points to drive sales and customer engagement.
- Maintain a safe working environment, adhering to Health and Safety Regulations.
- Deliver results by contributing to profitability and sales turnover, using your excellent communication skills to develop customer relationships.
- Have a good understanding of financial controls and directly communicate with Senior and Area Managers as appropriate.
- Assist in the return of acceptable stock inventory results in line with company targets.
Requirements:
- KPI-driven and process-driven individual with a proven track record of improving performance and exceeding targets.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to report to all levels of the organization.
- A desire for personal and professional development, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
