Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the management team in achieving daily sales targets and operational excellence.
  • Lead and motivate a team of servers, hosts/hostesses, and kitchen staff to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Assist with menu planning, inventory management, and cost control to maximize profitability.
  • Ensure high standards of food quality, safety, and hygiene are maintained at all times.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with the management team to achieve business objectives and drive growth.
