Unlock Your Potential as a Sales-Focused Category Manager

We're seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Sales-Focused Category Manager, where you'll play a crucial role in driving business growth through data-driven insights and sales expertise.

As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for analysing and interpreting data from various sources, including Nielsen, Kantar, and GfK, to identify key trends and opportunities. You'll then use this information to develop and implement sales strategies that meet retailer requirements and drive business results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including retailers and category managers
  • Analyse and interpret data to identify key trends and opportunities, and develop actionable insights to inform sales strategies
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement sales plans that meet retailer requirements and drive business results
  • Present compelling stories to retailers to increase distribution of our core range and gain listings on new products
  • Develop and maintain reporting capabilities across key performance indicators, including EPOS performance, distribution of key lines, rate of sale, competitor activity, and price/promotional analysis
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and apply this knowledge to inform sales strategies and drive business growth
