Job Title: Video Editor

We are seeking a highly skilled and versatile Video Editor to join our team at UnHerd. As a key member of our editorial team, you will be responsible for producing, shooting, and editing high-quality video content that engages and informs our audience.

The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in video production, with hands-on experience in operating high-end camera and editing hardware. You will also have a deep understanding of the YouTube ecosystem and the ability to create compelling content that resonates with our audience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Produce, shoot, and edit high-quality video content for our regular shows and other editorial projects.
  • Operate and maintain our studio facilities, including cameras, lighting, and editing equipment.
  • Work closely with our editorial team to develop and implement video content strategies that align with our brand and audience goals.
  • Collaborate with our production team to ensure seamless execution of video projects.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in video production and editing.

Requirements:

  • Deep technical knowledge of video production and editing software, including Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Hands-on experience with high-end camera and editing hardware.
  • Strong understanding of the YouTube ecosystem and content creation principles.
  • Excellent problem-solving and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
