Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement transportation strategies to optimize fleet utilization, reduce costs, and improve customer satisfaction.
- Lead a team of logistics professionals to manage daily operations, including route planning, scheduling, and dispatch.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with other business functions, such as sales, marketing, and customer service.
- Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and regulatory bodies.
- Develop and implement processes to improve safety, compliance, and environmental sustainability.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of transportation operations and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements
