About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Digital Asset Coordinator to join our dynamic team in London. This role is crucial for ensuring the seamless delivery of content to major platforms worldwide.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to establish metadata and taxonomy guidelines, promoting consistency across all assets.
  • Manage the entire lifecycle of digital assets, from creation to delivery, ensuring they meet client requirements and platform specifications.
  • Utilize automated QC systems (e.g., Vidchecker) to maintain high-quality deliverables.
  • Assist with onboarding new clients and managing existing relationships, ensuring their needs are met effectively.
  • Contribute to the department's vision by actively seeking innovative solutions and staying abreast of industry trends.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Media Studies or a related field.
  • Minimum one year of experience delivering content to OTT platforms, demonstrating knowledge of industry standards and best practices.
  • Strong technical proficiency with AV file formats, exporting, transcoding, and Adobe Creative Cloud (Premiere Pro and Media Encoder).
  • Advanced Excel skills for data management and analysis.
  • Excellent problem-solving and research abilities.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
