About the Role

We are seeking a Lettings Negotiator and Valuer to join our busy lettings team to support our full branch network across the North East. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone to develop and grow their career in lettings and within our company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Liaising with and building relationships with Landlords and Tenants
  • Dealing with lettings applicants, conducting viewings and dealing with applications
  • Booking and carrying out Lettings Valuations
  • Preparing marketing materials for properties
  • Handling enquiries via email, telephone and in-person
  • Maximising lettings income
  • Liaising with property management and sales departments
Requirements
  • Previous lettings experience
  • Relationship building skills
  • Clean driving licence
