Overview:
Are you experienced in customer service or scheduling roles? Do you thrive in high-pressure environments? We are seeking a dedicated Client Services Coordinator to become a vital part of our head office team.

Role Responsibilities:
As a key member of our friendly resource team, your duties will include:
  • Coordinating the schedules of external engineers
  • Managing client relationships effectively
  • Building strong working relationships with engineers and clients
  • Prioritizing and organizing service breakdowns
  • Responding to client inquiries promptly
  • Maintaining accurate records for the company
  • Proactively planning and scheduling maintenance and testing of equipment
  • Arranging site visits for engineers

Essential Skills and Experience:
To be successful in this role, you should possess:
  • Previous experience in a fast-paced customer service, planning, or scheduling environment
