Club Operations Manager

Nuffield Health is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Duty Manager to join our team at our Guiseley Gym. As a Duty Manager, you will be responsible for the smooth running of our club, ensuring that our members receive excellent customer service and that our facilities are maintained to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead our team of colleagues and maintain quality standards in all areas
- Conduct tours for prospective new members, selling the benefits that only we can provide
- Oversee health and safety, and resolve any issues as quickly and efficiently as possible
- Help achieve sales targets
- Demonstrable sales experience and the ability to quickly get to grips with our business
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative spirit
- A 'can do' attitude and a passion for excellent customer service
