Operations Manager (Wellbeing)
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our team at Nuffield Health's Guiseley FWC. As an Operations Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the club, including managing performance, improving potential, and leading teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with health and safety legislation and internal audit requirements
- Provide technical support and guidance to the General Manager
- Continuously improve site standards and embed a sales mentality into the duty management and reception teams
- Nurture team confidence and pride to promote our services to members
- Recruit and develop colleagues to deliver quality and commercial goals
What We Offer
