**Applications/Sales Engineer - Project Development Opportunity**

We are seeking a skilled Applications/Sales Engineer to join our team at Neos Engineering Recruitment, a leading provider of engineering solutions in the UK. With a strong presence in the market and a team of experienced professionals, we offer a dynamic and challenging work environment.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a Project Sales and Applications Engineer to join our sales team in the South UK. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering high-quality solutions to meet their needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with account managers and clients to understand project requirements and develop cost-effective solutions.
  • Review client specifications and estimate project costs, identifying opportunities and risks.
  • Liaise with suppliers for project-specific information and pricing.
  • Produce compliant quotations, supporting account managers with site visits and meetings.
  • Attend project handovers and regular sales and estimating meetings.
Requirements
  • Experience in estimating, project management, or commercial environments in mechanical or electrical engineering.
  • Strong attention to detail and a balanced technical and commercial outlook.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Qualification in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
  • Knowledge of generator installations and related equipment.
  • Familiarity with building services plant and BMS protocols.
