The Lecturer is responsible to the Curriculum Manager for providing high-quality teaching, learning and assessment, pastoral and academic support, and programme leadership.

To teach on a range of programmes, providing high-quality learning opportunities that meet the needs of individual students/apprentices and groups.

To provide flexible assessment opportunities and closely monitor, track and record student/apprentice retention, achievement, and success.

To contribute to the development and delivery of high-quality, relevant curriculum and programmes, including:

  • Producing annual schemes of work and/or training plans for all subjects/programmes to be taught
  • Level 3 qualification in a relevant area
  • Level 5 teaching qualification or willing to work towards
