- Oversee the creation, execution, and optimization of high-scale ad campaigns, rigorously focusing on performance indicators such as CPA, CPL, and ROI, ensuring content is optimized for sales delivery.
- Utilize advanced analytics to monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance with an emphasis on lead generation metrics, making data-informed decisions to continuously optimize campaigns.
- Collaborate with creative, compliance, and other teams to create campaigns, feeding back creative performance insights to drive future campaign development.

- Expertise in utilizing social media platforms to drive leads and sales, with a strong focus on performance analytics and optimization. Extensive experience driving leads through Meta is required. Lead generation experience through other platforms is desirable but not essential (TikTok, Snapchat, YouTube).
- Advanced skills in analytics and performance measurement, with a proficiency in tools and techniques for tracking lead generation and conversion metrics.
- Strategic thinking with a performance and ROI-driven mindset, capable of translating data insights into actionable lead generation strategies.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple performance-focused campaigns simultaneously.
- A results-oriented individual with a passion for achieving tangible business outcomes through digital marketing efforts.
