Senior Marketing Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Marketing Manager to lead the launch of a new food brand in the UK market. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy to drive sales growth and establish a strong brand presence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a marketing plan to launch the new brand, including market research, competitor analysis, and campaign execution
  • Lead a team of marketing professionals to execute the marketing plan and achieve sales targets
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and supply chain, to ensure alignment and effective execution of marketing initiatives
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform marketing strategies and optimize campaign performance
  • Manage marketing budgets and resources to ensure effective use of resources and optimal return on investment
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in marketing leadership roles, with a track record of success in launching new brands and driving sales growth
  • Strong understanding of the UK food market, including consumer trends, competitor activity, and regulatory requirements
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams
  • Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions to drive business outcomes
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt to changing market conditions
