Job Title:

Digital Project Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Digital Project Manager to oversee and execute various digital projects, ensuring their successful delivery within scope, budget, and timeline. The ideal candidate will have experience in project management methodologies, tools, and software, as well as strong organizational and time management skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to recognize project needs, define project objectives, scope, and deliverables.
  • Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies.
  • Lead a cross-functional team of IT professionals, designers, developers, and other stakeholders.
  • Manage project budgets and expenditures, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to financial constraints.
  • Identify potential risks and challenges in projects and proactively develop mitigation plans to address them.
  • Assure and oversee the provision of accurate and timely reporting to the Project Board, PMO, and NNB senior management.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a Project Management role, with a track record of successful project deliveries, within the digital and IT domain.
  • Proficient in project management methodologies, tools, and software; project costs and outputs.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Engage, influence, and manage others, including mentoring and coaching support.
