Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning: Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives, scope, and deliverables. Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies.
  • Team Leadership: Lead a cross-functional team of IT professionals, designers, developers, and other stakeholders. Motivate and inspire the team to achieve project goals and foster a collaborative work environment.
  • Budget Management: Manage project budgets and expenditures, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to financial constraints.
  • Risk Assessment: Identify potential risks and challenges in projects and proactively develop mitigation plans to address them.
  • Reporting: Manage project progress, scope, budget, risks, issues, resources, dependencies, stakeholders, vendors, and requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Technology Expertise: Work with SMEs and delivery partners to deliver the latest digital and IT trends, tools, and technologies.
  • Vendor Management: Collaborate with external vendors and contractors to ensure seamless integration and alignment with project requirements.
  • Quality Assurance: Implement robust testing and quality assurance processes to ensure deliverables meet high standards and customer expectations.
  • Governance and Assurance: Ensure projects are delivered within regulations set out for auditability.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a Project Management role, with a track record of successful project deliveries, within the digital and IT domain.
  • Proficient in project management methodologies, tools, and software; maintaining a focus on project costs and outputs.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Engage, influence, and manage others, including mentoring and coaching support.
  • Confident in making decisions.
  • Adapt and show resilience to change.
  • Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities.
  • Receive and give constructive feedback.
