Position Summary:

We are excited to announce an opportunity for a committed professional to join Aspire Training Team as a Supervisor in the Toddler Room. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in guiding the educational and developmental experiences of the children entrusted to your care.

Aspire Training Team is dedicated to fostering a supportive atmosphere for young children, ensuring they flourish in their early years. Our enthusiastic staff is devoted to delivering exceptional childcare and crafting unforgettable moments for every child.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and lead the toddler room staff, offering direction and assistance Create stimulating activities aligned with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework Perform safety assessments and guarantee adherence to relevant regulations Implement effective behavior management techniques Cultivate strong connections with parents and key children Manage children's transitions within the room

Qualifications:

Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education GCSEs in English and Mathematics, or equivalent qualifications Valid DBS check

Working Schedule:

40 hours per week, typically between 08:00 and 18:00
