The Role: Class 1 Driver with Shunting Experience

We are seeking experienced Class 1 Drivers to join our team in Carlisle. You will play a vital role in ensuring the timely and efficient transportation of goods between our depots, warehouses, and customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Safely operate Class 1 vehicles, including single and double-deck trailers.
  • Adhere to all health and safety regulations.
  • Transport goods between designated locations.
  • Maintain accurate records of deliveries and shipments.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and customers to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements:

  • Valid Class 1 driving license with at least 18 months of experience.
  • Shunting experience is essential.
  • Maximum of 6 endorsements on your driving record, with no accidents in the last 12 months.
  • No points for drinking or consuming illegal substances while driving.
  • A minimum of 3 CPC units is desirable.
