About the Role

As an Assistant Construction Project Manager, you will join a well-established consultancy involved in a diverse array of projects, including Higher Education, Commercial Developments, Hotels, Leisure complexes, Retail ventures, and Restoration projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the management of various projects across different sectors.
  • Conduct quality inspections and produce comprehensive reports.
  • Gain a strong understanding of construction procurement and contract management, especially JCT contracts.

Requirements

  • Previous Project Management experience in a UK Construction Consultancy is essential.
  • A construction-related degree qualification (QS, PM, BS) is required.
  • Practical experience with construction procurement and contracts, especially JCT, is necessary.
  • A proven track record of working on construction projects is essential.
  • A self-starter with a creative and initiative-driven approach to problem-solving is required.
