About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Solar Electrician to join our team at Astute People. As a key member of our commercial solar energy team, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing the installation of commercial electrical systems, managing a skilled team, and ensuring premium delivery to clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead commercial electrical installations and manage a skilled team to ensure high-quality results.
  • Coordinate with mechanical teams for cable management and safety.
  • Mentor junior technicians and ensure site health and safety.
  • Travel for up to a week as needed, with allowances covered.
Requirements
  • Level 3 in Electrical Installation and a valid test and inspection qualification (2391 or equivalent).
  • AM2 and ECS Gold Card (preferred).
  • SMSTS/SSSTS and Solar PV qualifications (desirable).
  • Full UK driving licence.
