Reservations and Conference Agent

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Reservations and Conference Agent to join our team at Valor Hospitality Europe. As a key member of our front-line team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring seamless guest experiences, and maximizing revenue through effective reservations and conference management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide top-notch customer service to guests, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage reservations and conference bookings, ensuring accurate and efficient processing, and maximizing occupancy and revenue.
  • Work collaboratively with the reception team to maintain accurate records, update systems, and ensure seamless guest experiences.
  • Upsell and cross-sell hotel services and amenities to guests, promoting a positive and memorable experience.
  • Stay up-to-date with hotel policies, procedures, and promotions, ensuring accurate information is provided to guests.
