Project Manager - Business Growth and Transformation

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team at DEA Specialised Airborne Operations. As a key member of our organisation, you will be responsible for driving business growth, delivery, capability, and transformation.

DEA Specialised Airborne Operations is a leading provider of specialist airborne operations. With a team of over 200 people, we are committed to delivering high-quality aerial data through cutting-edge mission systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain project plans to inform business activity and resourcing, ensuring alignment with our strategic objectives.
  • Gain commitment and drive delivery of scope, schedule, risk/opportunity, and financial commitments, working closely with stakeholders and team members.
  • Set and monitor expected project performance, taking action to maintain benefits (quality, cost, delivery, and risk/opportunity), and continuously improving our project management processes.
  • Manage project teams and governance, including daily stand-ups, task tracking, and planning, to ensure effective collaboration and communication.
  • Lead and contribute to the continuous development, improvement, and promotion of Project Management in DEA, identifying opportunities for growth and innovation.
Requirements
  • Project Management qualification (APM/Prince2 etc.) and relevant experience in delivering projects.
  • Competence in managing project scope, schedule, finance, risk, quality, and resources, with a strong focus on business growth and transformation.
  • Strong organisational, communication, team building, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to build and maintain commitment from the team, including remote and hybrid members, vendors, and partners.
  • Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with a resilient and data-driven approach.
  • Resilient, data-driven, purposeful, curious, and analytical, with a passion for delivering high-quality results.
