About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Director to join our team at Next15. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for leading our brand and marketing strategies, implementing campaigns that educate, create awareness, and produce leads.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and Implement Marketing Strategies
    • Lead comprehensive marketing efforts to boost awareness and consideration through cost-effective strategies.
    • Manage the marketing budget, ensuring resource allocation and overseeing our participation in external events and tradeshows.
  • Brand Management
    • Maintain and enhance our brand identity, ensuring consistency across all marketing efforts.
    • Coordinate with design agencies for key assets, oversee brand usage throughout the business, and organize and manage our presence at external events and tradeshows.
  • Content Creation
    • Develop and implement our content calendar, utilizing both new and repurposed content to maintain top-of-mind awareness.
    • Create copy, including blog posts, prospect emails, newsletters, eBooks, social media posts, and business development assets.
  • Relationship Management
    • Manage relationships with external agencies, including PR, design, and SEO.
    • Oversee our end-to-end lead generation strategy, including paid media.
  • Financial Management
    • Manage the marketing budget and ensure efficient resource allocation.
    • Work with Finance teams to track monthly spending and update the CSO on budget status and allocation.

Requirements

  • 5 years of B2B marketing experience.
  • Proficient in campaign analytics with experience reporting to senior partners and optimizing campaigns.
  • Experienced in briefing and managing design resources, ensuring the creation of high-quality visual and brand assets.
  • Experience with digital marketing platforms and CRM (HubSpot, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Ads, WordPress).
  • Knowledge of paid performance channels best practice.
