Meridian Business Support is proud to partner with a leading 4x4 dealership in Chelmsford to find a skilled Front of House Manager.

The ideal candidate will lead a team of receptionists, ensuring seamless customer interactions and maintaining a pristine showroom environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead the reception team to deliver exceptional customer service
  2. Manage telephone calls and direct them to the appropriate department
  3. Ensure the reception desk is staffed at all times
  4. Greet visitors and guide them to the correct areas
  5. Coordinate the physical showroom environment, including music, video screens, and refreshments
  6. Maintain sales offices, ensuring they are tidy, stocked, and functional
  7. Ensure the safety and security of people, vehicles, and property
  8. Coach and upskill the team

Requirements:

  1. Minimum 1 year of management experience
  2. Excellent communication skills with confidence and assertiveness
  3. Clear, warm, and friendly approach with a professional manner
  4. Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Office packages (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  5. Previous experience as a front of house manager is advantageous
