About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Personal Training Specialist to join our team at Love Recruitment Ltd. As a self-employed Personal Training position, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, providing top-notch training experiences to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality training sessions to clients, tailored to their individual needs and goals
  • Develop and maintain a strong client base, building relationships and providing exceptional customer service
  • Manage your own business within our rent-based PT model, with access to our premium fitness environment and support package
  • Participate in regular business and skills workshops to enhance your coaching and business skills
  • Take advantage of opportunities for career progression through PT management and teaching roles
Requirements
  • A minimum of a Level 3 PT qualification (preferably) and at least 1 year's coaching experience
  • Your own PT liability insurance
  • A positive attitude, great personality, and excellent communication skills
