Job Title: Customer Services

At Tosca, we are committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences that meet the evolving needs of our customers. As a Customer Services professional, you will play a vital role in safeguarding our assets, preventing losses, and driving business continuity and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers in the UK region, providing timely and effective support to ensure their needs are met.
  • Deliver exceptional customer onboarding and training, building long-term relationships with customers and ensuring they are equipped to utilize our online system effectively.
  • Provide ongoing support to customers, including training on how to use our system, placing orders, managing stock balances, and carrying out period-end account checks to ensure accurate invoicing.
  • Evaluate, communicate, finalize, and follow up on stock audits at customers, contributing to the monthly customer review meetings.
  • Monitor customer stock movements, investigate discrepancies, and maintain accurate customer master data.
  • Liaise with the Quality Department to resolve quality issues reported by customers, ensuring prompt and effective resolution.

Requirements:

  • Relevant training or experience in industrial clerking, office management, or a related field, with a strong ability to learn and adapt.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with a passion for working with numbers and attention to detail.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently, setting priorities and working well under pressure, with a focus on delivering results.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers and internal teams.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, with the ability to learn and adapt to our internal software.
