Job Description: Continental Shift Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our dedicated team. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the smooth operation and upkeep of our prestigious property assets.

Responsibilities
  • Carry out routine inspections and maintenance tasks across various building systems, including electrical, mechanical, and plumbing.
  • Respond promptly to maintenance requests and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Conduct repairs and replacements as needed, ensuring adherence to safety standards and best practices.
  • Maintain accurate records of all work performed, including parts used and time spent.
