About the Role
We are looking for a dedicated and empathetic Compassionate Animal Care Specialist to become a vital part of our team in Warrington.

Key Responsibilities

Nursing Duties:

Patient Admission:
Welcome patients for treatments, prepare necessary documentation, and formulate care strategies.

Surgical Support:
Assist veterinarians during operations and ensure a smooth recovery process for patients.

Patient Monitoring:
Observe vital signs and provide necessary exercise and nutrition.

Hygiene Maintenance:
Ensure cleanliness and sanitation across all practice areas.

Inventory Oversight:
Manage stock levels and replenish supplies as needed.

Compliance Adherence:
Guarantee that all standard operating procedures are followed diligently.

Medication Preparation:
Review prescription lists, prepare medications, and set aside for veterinarian approval.

Wellness Clinics:
Conduct clinics aimed at promoting patient health and wellness.

Client Interaction:
Communicate with pet owners post-treatment to provide updates and arrange discharges.

Data Management:
Track and document relevant patient information (e.g., medication dosages).

Practice Excellence:
Maintain high standards in all tasks and interactions.
Administrative Support

Assist reception staff with inquiries, manage insurance claims, oversee accounts, and perform various administrative duties.
Additional Responsibilities

Stock Control:
Order supplies, manage inventory rotation, and conduct stock assessments to ensure adequate resources.
Skills and Attributes

Registered Veterinary Nurse with appropriate qualifications.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
